Montreal Police (SPVM) have arrested two suspects in connection with the deadly fire that destroyed a century-old building in Old Montreal on Oct. 4, resulting in the deaths of two people.
The SPVM will hold a press conference on Friday afternoon to provide an update on the investigation.
