Police said that three of the four suspects ages 18 and 19 were arrested on May 8 in Montreal. Search warrants were executed in the boroughs of Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles and Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, and police seized a loaded firearm as well as a device that allows a semi-automatic pistol to be transformed into a fully automatic weapon (Glock switch).

The three suspects have appeared in court to face charges of abduction, forcible confinement, robbery and illegal possession of a firearm.

The fourth suspect, 21 years old, was arrested at Calgary International Airport last Friday after he fled Quebec. He will be returned to Montreal this week to face charges.

Police suspect others may have been involved in the incident and are urging anyone with information that could further the investigation to call 911, contact their local police or call Info-Crime Montreal at 514-393-1133.
