The Sûreté du Québec says two children are missing and believed to be in danger after being taken by a man related to them Monday at 9:28 a.m. in St-Vallier, in Quebec’s Chaudière-Appalaches region.
Keven Gourgues, 40, is wanted in relation to the disappearance of Evelyne, 4, and Charles, 2. Police are searching for a white and black 2013 Honda Civic with the licence plate 53V ACE.

St-Vallier is 30 kilometres east of Quebec City.
