When officers arrived at an apartment building on Letourneux Ave., near the intersection of de Rouen St., the victim had already left without filing a complaint.

“Given the mention of a possible firearm, police set up a large security perimeter. Two arrests have been made, including a 57-year-old man who is believed to be the main threat suspect and a 32-year-old woman for possession of drugs,” Couture said. “No firearms have been recovered.”

As of 11 a.m., police officers were awaiting a search warrant to look for a firearm.
