A man was found dead Monday afternoon in Angrignon Park, in Montreal’s Sud-Ouest borough.
Police say that a party on Sunday evening was held in the park. On Monday morning, the victim was missing. Around 2 p.m., his relatives returned to the park to search for him, where they found his lifeless body near Trinitaires Boulevard in the park.
Investigators were sent to the scene to analyze it and meet with witnesses to shed light on the case.
The death of the 36-year-old man appears to be accidental and police are not treating it as suspicious.
An autopsy will be performed in the coming days to understand the exact cause of death.
