Police are investigating an arson that destroyed three vehicles overnight in Montreal’s Rivière-des-Prairies.
Montreal police (SPVM) officers located the vehicles in flames shortly after 1 a.m. in a commercial parking lot near Henri-Bourassa and Rodolphe-Forget Blvds.
Firefighters intervened to control the flames. Incendiary objects were found on site, but no damage was caused to the property the SPVM said.
They add that a van and two vehicles are considered a total loss. No one was injured and no arrests have been made.
The file has been transferred to the Montreal arson squad.
