Five years after legalization, Quebecers are consuming less cannabis. That’s according to the results of the most recent Cannabis Survey held by the province’s Institut de statistique. But industry leaders say that there’s been a shift in consumption habits – cannabis consumers are turning towards buying their preferred products, like vapes and edibles, out of province or on the black market, because they’re not legal in Quebec. Guest host Angelica Montgomery breaks down the situation with Pierre Leclerc, the president of Quebec’s hemp and cannabis industry association.
