64-year-old found unconscious in apartment on 32nd Avenue Monday evening
Montreal police are investigating the suspicious death of a 64-year-old woman in Lachine Monday evening.
Police received a 911 call around 7:45 p.m. and responded to an apartment building on 32nd Avenue, near Victoria Street.
When they arrived, they found the woman unconscious. She was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
The circumstances of the death are still unknown, but police say it is considered suspicious.
The major crimes unit has taken over the case and are continuing the investigation Tuesday.
