Monkland Avenue will be closed to cars between Girouard and Melrose avenues from Wednesday 10 p.m. to Monday 4 a.m. Gracia Kasoki Katahwa, borough mayor of Côte-Des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-De-Grâce, says people have been asking for the return of the Imagine Monkland festival since 2018 and invites all Montrealers to join the borough for the festivities.
