An Amber Alert has been issued for two missing children on Monday.
Two-year-old Charles Gourgues and three-year-old Évelyne Gourgues are believed to have been taken by 40-year-old Keven Gourgues in St-Vallier, Quebec – about 40 kilometres east of Lévis, at around 9:28 a.m.
The Amber Alert does not specify the suspect’s relation to the two children.
It does say that the trio are from Saint-Raphaël.

It is believed that they are travelling in a white 2013 Honda Civic with a black hood – license plate 53V ACE.
Sûreté du Québec are asking anyone who sees either child or Keven Gourgues, or the vehicle they could be in, to call 911.
