Canada-wide warrant: Quebec man wanted for drug trafficking, up to $250K reward for information

Quebec provincial police (SQ) and the Bolo Program are looking for information about a Saguenay man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

All Boivin, 34, is wanted for numerous drug-related offences, including but not limited to trafficking, conspiracy to traffic, and possession for the purpose of trafficking.

The SQ along with Sun Youth, are offering up to a $250,000 reward for any information leading to Boivin’s arrest.

He’s been wanted since April in connection to drug trafficking cases dating back to 2021 in Saguenay, Quebec City, Brossard and Abbotsford, B.C.

He’s also suspected of having participated in several criminal activities that are still under active investigation by several police services.

Boivin is 6 feet tall, weighs 242 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. He speaks French and his last known residence was Saint-Lazare, Quebec.

He has a scar on his left shoulder, and multiple visible tattoos including one on his left hand and a few on his neck.

“To escape justice, the investigation shows that he uses false identities. He could be anywhere in Quebec,” said the SQ in a press release.

Boivin has numerous ties in Quebec, particularly in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. Investigators strongly believe that he may still be in the province and that accomplices are helping him evade the authorities.

The reward is only available until Dec. 3. Tipster will have one year from the date of arrest to claim reward.

Anyone with information is urged to contact 911 or the SQ’s Info-crime centre confidentially at 1-800-659-4264 or by email at cic@surete.qc.ca.
