The Maison du Père and Montreal police (SPVM) held the 4th edition of their street hockey tournament in Montreal on Thursday.
The event was organized alongside the Quartier des Spectacles Partnership (PQDS) and the Ville-Marie borough.
The teams were made up of workers from the Maison du Père, the SPVM, the PQDS and other organizations who played several friendly matches.
The Maison du Père has been supporting homeless men aged 25 and over for the past 50 years.
The goal of the tournament is to eliminate preconceived ideas about homelessness, while creating connections between all those involved.
The games were held on the Esplanade Tranquille on Clark Street in downtown Montreal.
