Three suspects, including two minors, were arrested overnight after a police chase in Longueuil.
According to Longueuil police (SPAL), the incident occurred just after midnight on Wednesday.
SPAL officers attempted to stop a vehicle that was driving on a bike path near the borough of Saint-Hubert. The vehicle refused to stop, which caused a police chase that ended in Vieux-Longueuil.
The suspects crashed and hit a tree at the end of Dupont Street.
The driver then fled on foot before being apprehended by police. The two other passengers in the vehicle were also arrested.
One suspect was injured and taken to hospital, but their life is not considered in danger.
The driver faces multiple charges ,including dangerous driving and assault.
