A Port of Montreal worker died on Friday.
It happened just after 1:30 p.m. at the Viau Terminal, at the corner of Notre-Dame east and Viau.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding what’s being called an accident right now – are unknown.
The worker’s safety board – the CNESST – will conduct an investigation.
Montreal police were also on the scene.
