Survey finds Montreal has the most expensive airport parking in all of Canada

Taking a flight is often a big expense, but what can add to that is the cost of leaving your vehicle parked at the airport and a survey found Montreal-Trudeau airport is the most expensive airport parking in all of Canada.

It is the most expensive among the 10 Canadian cities surveyed by the online casino Spin at the beginning of April.

The survey found that it costs an average of $288 to park your car for seven days at Trudeau airport. The cheapest is $106 in Ottawa and it’s $129 in Quebec City.

Prices were calculated based on the cheapest parking rate for a standard-sized car parked within a 10-minute walk of the terminal.

On the YUL website for parking, a spot within walking distance of the airport was quoted at $36 for 24 hours. A seven-day reservation was between $171 and $360, depending on the spot.

According to the Spin survey, Toronto’s Billy Bishop Airport was the second most expensive city in Canada at $283 for seven days. In third place, it’s Calgary International Airport at $180.
