The first half of the week is shaping up as a stinker, with temperatures above 30 C before the humidex. The relief won’t come till Thursday, when there might be showers or even rain.
It’s a warmup for a hot summer, which The Weather Network predicts will come on strong in July and linger till September.
Expect a high of 31 C during Monday, with a humidex of 33 and a UV index of 7, or high. At night, a low of 17 C.
Tuesday and Wednesday are expected to hit 32 C, dipping only to 29 C when showers move in on Thursday.
There were no weather alerts issued for Quebec by early Monday morning.
